Let's be honest: The Weaver wasn't born in a corporate boardroom. It was built because of my own DM burnout, and our group chat was a graveyard of cancelled sessions—mostly due to scheduling, planning, or lack of prep time.
I built The Weaver to run immersive, theater-of-the-mind adventures for my own table. Now, I want to see if it can help other tables play again too. We're tabletop purists—this tool exists to help you play the game you love when scheduling or burnout would otherwise stop the session dead.

The Weaver runs on your computer and connects to an AI model you choose. We don't resell you the model and there's no subscription to us — you connect an account you already have, or a free one, and the app is yours.
Sign in, or bring a key
Sign in with ChatGPT or Google right inside the app, or paste an API key if you'd rather. A free Google AI Studio key is enough to play, and a ChatGPT subscription you already pay for works too.
Your campaign stays home
Adventures, characters and history live in a file on your own machine. There's no account with us, no cloud save, and nothing about your table is sent to us as you play.
Your key stays yours
Keys and sign-ins are stored locally and encrypted with your operating system's own secure storage. They're never sent to us — only to the provider they belong to, when the Weaver makes a request for you.
